We had some fun today with the athletes and tested some different skill/core strength. Who would have thought that holding a push-up plank in the rings could burn your abs so bad? It was awesome to watch as we had 4 more girls at Rogue make it up to the rafters on rope climbs. Thanks to some helpful coaching tips from Caroline, were learning how to use those legs much more on rope climb ascents.

1. I have lost over 32 lbs.
2. My waist size has definitely changed, I have dropped two-three pants sizes depending on the cut.
