1. I have lost over 32 lbs.
2. My waist size has definitely changed, I have dropped two-three pants sizes depending on the cut.
3. Because of the intensity of the program, things don’t bother me like they use too, I am more relaxed and calmer.
4. It took me at least 3-4 months before I noticed some change, but the people around me noticed it within a couple of weeks to a month.
carolyn5. The heart and genuine concern the coaches have for the clients that come to the facility, the variety and scalability of the exercises. I can say that I am proud to be 50 and doing this type of workout with some intensity and when I am able to use ALL of my limbs, it will be even better, I look forward to that day!

Thank you for being the people you are, only good can come from all the positive things that you do.

sherriI lost 15 pounds prior to joining Rogue by changing my diet but I had hit a plateau and was not able to loose any more weight no matter how strict my diet was. Once I joined Rogue, I lost another 15 pounds in less than 6 months. Rogue has taught me to not be so focused on what the scale says, but to be more focused on my training and strength development. When you focus on the training and improving your strength, the weight loss just automatically becomes the icing on the cake! My daily life has improved drastically. I feel healthy on the inside and on the outside. By maintaining good eating habits and doing Rogue workouts 3 to 4 times per week, I feel more energetic and definitely stronger than ever. My job tends to be mentally stressful and it used to monopolize and zap my entire energy level. Now I feel I have a balanced routine between work and fitness and it has increased my ability to handle the stress and tackle my job with a refreshed and positive attitude. I also have better sleeping habits now. Trust me, after a Rogue “Work Out of the Day” you need a good night’s sleep! The other big improvement is that I used to suffer from severe headaches and migraines but I have not had any major headaches since my overall health has improved….all thanks to Rogue!

The best thing about Rogue Fitness is the relationship you develop with the coaches and other members. The coaches definitely devote every ounce of their energy and enthusiasm to moving your personal fitness and health in a positive direction. The coaches pay close attention to each member’s progress and development and push you beyond limits that you never dreamed you could accomplish. The other members of Rogue whether new members or seasoned members, possess an honest TEAM attitude and encourage each other to achieve the next level in every workout.

kellyI’m less stressed and anxious/tense. Rogue gives me something to look forward to…none of my friends are active. They try to understand but really don’t “get” what I need to do with running, strength, fitness, etc. It’s very nice to get together with a group of people with the same goals…the same drive … and the same understanding of why we do what we do. It also gives me a huge sense of accomplishment that I did something like that…and did it well.

The best thing is the people. The training style is great, but without people I’d never have stuck with it. The trainers are motivating…but it’s not all positive “you can do it” cheerleading. They actually pay attention and then give constructive criticism and are genuinely excited to see you move forward. They push when needed and know when to back off. However, on days you want to throw heavy things at them, it really helps to have the others in the class with you. There is a sense of comraderie that really motivates you and keeps you going through the brutal workouts. On days you’re tired and maybe your mojo is missing, the people pushing along next to you can make you rock out a workout you didn’t think you even had the energy to do. I also think the trainers make a difference in that the workouts are amazing. I’ve always been active. Before hitting Rogue I was a runner, I thought…”I can run 26.2 miles straight and passed the FBI fit-test, of course I’m in good shape”. At least…I thought that until my first day at Rogue. I’ve never been so sore and drained from an hour workout. The workouts are constantly changing and always challenging. Without the variety and challenge I don’t think I’d have liked it. It’s nice being pushed to be better.

leigh1) How much weight have you lost or gained? I’ve gained muscle!! Not sure how much weight I’ve lost but I gauge my success on how well my “skinny” clothes fit! They FIT!!!

2) Has your waist size changed? Although I haven’t taken my measurements before and after, I can say that the junk in my midsection has become significantly tighter than when before I started working out at Rogue.

3) How has your daily life improved? I’m stronger and have longer endurance. My every day movements generate more from my core than ever before. Mentally, I know that I have the ability to finish even the toughest of workouts!

4) How long did you workout before you noticed results? A week!

5) In your words what is the best thing about Rogue Fitness. The best thing about Rogue is the team aspect, the individual attention you get from each personal trainer who also makes it their personal mission to keep track of your progress and potential, and the varying exercies to keep you interested and surprise muscles.

ilyaI joined Rogue in Late October 2007, I weighed 165lb and I couldn’t lift 50lb’s if my life depended on it! You guys put my face to that smelly rubber floor, and told me to push it beyond the limits of my abilities. Three months later I became a self respecting man, gaining 40lb’s of muscle and strengthening my core. I never thought I could do this, and without Rogue I would be a scrawny runner. Not only do I feel good about my accomplishments, but I actually see the changes! It WAS life changing for me to join Rogue and the attitude Troy is able to project.
