The organizational structure at Rogue Fitness is very unorthodox which follows our “off the beaten path” mission. This company was founded to break the bureaucratic norm of large corporations to build creative thought and revolutionary equipment solutions. You won’t find an IT department or an accountant, everyone mops the floor here. Take a look at the diversity in our team:
Bill Henniger – “The Boss”
Bill worked for seven years in the automotive industry prior to starting Rogue Fitness with Troy Taylor. Both Bill and Troy were in the same Air Force military unit for 8 years together. This business started with an email asking Troy if he was interested in starting a training facility in Columbus, Ohio. We held workouts in the park for 8 months prior to opening our current location. Bill has an engineering degree and is nearly finished with his MBA from The University of Michigan. On the training side of the house, he holds the following certifications:

- RKC Instructor
- AKC Instructor
Troy Taylor – “The other Boss”
Troy is an Air Force Raven as well as a flight Chief at his Security Forces unit. Troy is also a veteran with very respectable military career. Our clients think Troy is out of his mind with his enthusiastic approach to coaching. Troy holds the following certifications:
- CrossFit Level 1 Coach
- RKC Instructor
- Army Combatives Instructor
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt under Jorge Gurgel
- Raven Instructor for the 121st Security Forces
Graham Holmberg “Johnny”
Graham has been training and competing his entire life. Playing football and baseball at Capital University consumed most of his college career along with studying and earning a bachelor’s degree in education. Following graduation Graham continued his strength and conditioning as he coached freshman baseball in Granville and was a personal trainer in New Albany. Enter CrossFit and he is taking it to a whole new level. To teach and learn is a strong passion that he embraces in his own training, as well as an instructor and owner. The CrossFit games has brought competition back into the picture and been a life changing experience. On the training side of the house, he holds the following certifications:

BRANDON COUDEN- “WASHINGTON B.C.”
Brandon is a 2007 graduate of Ohio University and began working as a trainer shortly after. During college he developed a passion for strength and conditioning through competing in the sport of boxing. Following graduation Brandon discovered Crossfit, and hasn’t looked back! Brandon continues to work hard at becoming the best coach, motivator, and athlete he can be! Brandon holds the following certifications:

3. Lulu Lemon ambassador (2010)
4. Crossfit Competitor
John Bailey - “Toledo Boss”
John had a successful career in the commercial construction industry for almost twenty years after receiving a degree in architecture from Texas A & M University. After traveling and living throughout the U.S. family obligations have brought him to Toledo, Ohio. John previously stumbled onto Crossfit while searching for a means to increase fitness for his lifelong pursuit of the martial arts. The purchase of equipment from the Rogue store led to meeting Bill and the rest is history. Certifications include:
- CrossFit Level 1 Coach
- CrossFit Barbell Coach
- Currently studying for NSCA CSCS
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
Kevin Mueller – “The Consigliore”
Kevin is a vital advisor to Rogue Fitness and one of our strongest athletes. Kevin is a former collegiate rower at Ohio State University and Highland Games competitor. He is a sharp attorney and dedicated family man that still makes time to train at the highest level.
Eric Jones – “The Captain”
Eric was commissioned in the US Air Force in June of 2008, he will begin his pilot training in December of 2008. There would be no Rogue Fitness without the dedication and loyalty from this young man. He was our first athlete and has since become a man of many trades. He single handedly populated our new store and is our go to guy for sweet equipment ideas. Eric is Rogue Fitness and will be missed upon his departure. Eric’s accomplishments are as follows:

- AKC Instructor

- Officially donned with Rogue’s first Hitman title
Eddie Clark – “Operator”
Eddie is a 9 year Army vet who served with the 3/75th Ranger Regiment and the 1st Special Forces Group. After leaving the Army in 2001 Eddie took up Marathon running. He has run 5 Marathons. In 2003 Eddie qualified for the Boston Marathon with time of 3 hours and 10 minutes as a Clydesdale. Eddie has spent 2 of the last 4 years in and out of Iraq providing diplomatic security for the State Department. Currently Eddie is studying to obtain the NSCA’s CSCS credential. Eddie’s passion for Olympic Weightlifting carries over into his coaching at Rogue. Eddie’s accomplishments:

“J” Thomas – “Soldier”
J is a great motivator and model Rogue athlete. J was Rogue’s first member and has been with us since the beginning. Now he has crossed over as a Rogue trainer. J has experience working with kids and the patience he has developed transfers directly to his coaching style. J’s accomplishments:
